Overview
This policy explains what information I collect when you visit sandiegomissionbeach.com or contact me through it, how I use that information, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
- What you send me. When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you choose, a property address (optional) and your message. When you call, text or email me, the details you share in that conversation.
- Website usage. Through Google Analytics: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and the site that referred you. See Analytics below.
How I use it
- To answer your inquiry about buying, selling, investing or a home valuation
- To follow up by phone, text message or email about that inquiry
- To send listings or market information you have asked for
- To understand, in aggregate, which parts of this website are useful
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see how the site is used. I also record when someone taps the call, text or email links or sends the contact form, so I know which parts of the site lead to conversations. Those events note only the type of action and the page. They never include your name, email, phone number or anything you typed into the form.
I have not turned on Google's advertising features, and I do not use analytics data to identify you. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies; the site works either way.
The site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads, as described in Google's privacy policy.
Service providers
Contact form submissions are delivered to my inbox by Formspree. Website analytics are processed by Google. The site itself is served by a web hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs. These providers handle the information only to provide their service to me.
Sharing
I do not sell or rent your personal information, and I do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. If you ask me to, I may share relevant details with people involved in your transaction, such as a lender, escrow officer or another agent, so they can help you.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email relyonjessica@gmail.com and I will respond promptly.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
SMS terms
These terms apply when you give me your phone number and agree to be contacted by text message about your real estate inquiry.
- What I send: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and listing or market information you asked for.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP, or call 858.699.5497.
- Rates: message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your inquiry.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of buying or selling any property.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
